The spiritual world often encourages people to "raise their vibration," but what if that advice is actually reinforcing the very patterns you're trying to overcome?

In this episode, Kelle Sparta explores why chasing a "high vibe" state can become another form of performative spirituality and explains where your energetic vibration truly comes from. Rather than relying on temporary techniques that artificially elevate your mood, Kelle shares a more sustainable path rooted in personal growth, shadow work, identity transformation, and spiritual maturity.

If you're a spiritual practitioner, coach, healer, or transformational leader who wants to deepen your practice without falling into spiritual bypassing or surface-level spirituality, this episode offers a grounded framework for creating lasting energetic change.
