The internet and AI exacerbate these challenges by selecting for extreme emotional arousal, which fosters paranoia and social skills atrophy. True resilience comes from accessing "shunya," or the void, a state beyond thoughts and ego, which allows individuals to distinguish between conditioned desires and genuine heart-centered purpose. By prioritizing internal understanding over external metrics like appearance or social status, individuals can reclaim their agency and build more authentic, stable lives.
