Rick Warren’s *The Purpose Driven Life* exemplifies this problematic trend by suggesting that prophecy is secondary to evangelism. However, fulfilled prophecy provides objective proof of scripture's validity, and the doctrine of a pre-tribulation rapture offers believers comfort and a sense of imminency. Rather than being a distraction, understanding the times and seasons is essential for maintaining a faithful, alert, and biblically grounded perspective on the future.
