Madeline notices footwear and rates how compressed the flowers are, and Charlotte notices the captions, and they both go on a tangent about Vera Bradley and American Girl Dolls. Plus: Eagles’ quarterback Jalen Hurts got engaged and was very chic about it. And Dodgers’ star Shohei Ohtani and his wife, Mamiko Tanaka, had a baby.

Then, a hard pivot: Anthony Edwards got fined $50,000 for taunting the fans at the Minnesota Timberwolves-Lakers playoff game over the weekend (Timberwolves won). And the gals go right into some gossip about the NBA Playoffs! Clippers’ star Kawhi Leonard had amazing comeback game, Ben Stiller made a Severance hype video for the Knicks, and Knicks star OG Anunoby plays well when Anne Hathaway or Suni Lee are at the game…but Suni went on Monday and they lost. Plus, Celtics’ coach Joe Mazzulla is intense, and Houston Rockets guard Jalen Green sent a message to the public before going dark on social media for the 2025 NBA Playoffs.

And, finally, a deep dive into the disastrous season that the Dallas Mavericks just completed.
