The WNBA tea is hot this week. Lynx head coach Cheryl Reeve was suspended and fined for running onto the court and comments she made about the officiating after a foul wasn’t called on the Mercury’s Alyssa Thomas, who collided with Lynx star Napheesa Collier. The Aces head coach Becky Hammon and Fever head coach Stephanie White both got fined for backing Reeves up. All of this brings up a bigger issue: The officiating in the WNBA needs to improve.
