It’s Not Strategy—It’s Your Identity (Why You’re Not Scaling)

Kelle Sparta explains that many stalled business results for spiritual entrepreneurs aren’t strategy problems but identity misalignments. A strategy issue is technical or tactical—messaging or tactics that don’t land, sometimes due to external factors like algorithm changes or content fatigue. An identity issue occurs when business actions conflict with who you believe you are, your energetic alignment shifts, or you hit an internal income ceiling, causing results to drop even when you change nothing. She notes empathic audiences can sense incongruence, and belief structures shape identity, influencing sales, marketing, and money flow.
