And then there’s identity lag, that hilarious time delay where you’re doing the thing externally but internally you still think you’re the newbie who wandered in by accident.

Basically, this is a permission slip to stop waiting for confidence to arrive before you move. It’s probably not coming. But you can still go anyway.
