Vulnerability involves speaking truth despite fear, while impartiality focuses on navigating the "river" of a conversation without forcing specific outcomes. Empathy requires being present with another’s emotions without losing one's own, and wonder maintains an open, non-judgmental curiosity. By replacing "Why" questions—which often signal judgment—with open-ended "How" and "What" inquiries, individuals can access deeper data and foster psychological safety.
