In this episode, I sit down with Rose Griffin, founder of ABA Speech, to map out how she can scale her $210,000-a-year business serving speech therapists and BCBAs to over $1 million in annual revenue.

We break down how Rose grew a membership of 500 members, the unique value of offering continuing education credits, and how she can use group sales and direct outreach to grow faster.

Rose also shares her origin story of leaving traditional work to build a life of freedom and impact—and why seven figures represents more than just money for her.
