🔥 1. Hunter Biden’s Interview and Political Commentary

The episode opens with a critical discussion of a recent, controversial interview with Hunter Biden, in which he allegedly expresses anger at Democratic elites and hints at a potential presidential run.
Cruz and Ferguson mock the interview, describing it as a “meltdown” and using it to criticize the Democratic Party, portraying Hunter as emblematic of its perceived dysfunction.
They highlight Hunter’s comments about George Clooney, David Axelrod, and Nancy Pelosi, and his inflammatory remarks about immigration and foreign policy, including a hypothetical threat to invade El Salvador.

💰 2. The Stop Funders Act

Cruz introduces new legislation called the Stop Funders Act, aimed at targeting individuals and organizations that financially support violent riots.
The bill proposes adding “rioting” as a predicate crime under the RICO Act, allowing prosecutors to pursue those funding organized violence, including protests linked to Antifa, BLM, and pro-illegal immigration movements.
Cruz argues that many of these protests are not spontaneous but are funded by domestic and foreign entities, and that cutting off financial support is key to stopping them.

🚁 3. Drone Threats and National Security

The final segment focuses on the growing threat of drones used by criminal cartels and terrorists.
Cruz cites examples such as drones scouting a Trump rally and smuggling contraband into prisons, arguing that U.S. law enforcement lacks the authority and tools to counter these threats effectively.
He calls for bipartisan legislation to expand drone mitigation powers for federal and local agencies, warning of potential future attacks involving drones.
