🖊️ 1. Investigation into the Use of the Presidential Autopen During Joe Biden’s Presidency

The White House Counsel's Office has reportedly opened an investigation into the alleged misuse of the autopen to sign executive orders, pardons, and other official documents during Joe Biden’s presidency.
The claim is that Biden may not have been cognitively fit to make presidential decisions and that unelected staffers may have used the autopen without his knowledge.
Key figures mentioned:
- Caroline Levitt, Trump’s Press Secretary, who called Biden the “most incompetent and senile president.”
- Anthony Bernal, former chief of staff to the First Lady, and Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Biden’s physician, both of whom invoked the Fifth Amendment during congressional depositions.
- James Comer, Chair of the House Oversight Committee, leading the investigation.
The narrative suggests a cover-up and raises questions about presidential authority and transparency.

🏥 2. Medicaid Benefits and Illegal Immigration in New York

Texas Representative Wesley Hunt is demanding data from New York Governor Kathy Hochul on how many undocumented immigrants are receiving Medicaid benefits.
Hunt argues that Section 1115 waivers may be used to circumvent federal restrictions, allowing undocumented immigrants to access benefits.
The governor’s office responded by criticizing Hunt’s stance but did not directly answer the question about the number of undocumented recipients.
Hunt cites a Fiscal Policy Institute study estimating 670,000 undocumented immigrants in New York, about 5% of the population.
The commentary suggests that Democratic leadership is prioritizing benefits for undocumented immigrants over American citizens and calls for greater transparency.
