When anger is moved intentionally, it shifts from a destructive force into a source of determination and clarity. Similarly, doubt is not a state to be avoided or suppressed through forced confidence; instead, welcoming doubt into one’s heart allows for authentic, fluid movement. By recognizing that the desire to be "the best" is a defense mechanism against past criticism, individuals can stop using their personal development tools to maintain their own cages and instead embrace the messy, creative reality of life.
