📍 1. California Protests and Riots

The episode opens with a discussion about recent unrest in California, particularly in Los Angeles, involving anti-ICE protests.
The hosts describe scenes of violence, including cars being set on fire and protesters waving Mexican flags.
They criticize Democratic leaders (e.g., Gavin Newsom, Karen Bass, Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi) for allegedly supporting or failing to condemn the riots.
The narrative suggests that Democrats are siding with violent protesters and undermining law enforcement.

📍 2. Media Coverage Critique

The hosts contrast Fox News’ coverage of the events with CNN’s, accusing CNN of downplaying the violence by labeling it as “peaceful protests.”
They argue that mainstream media is biased and protects Democratic narratives.

📍 3. Maryland Man Indicted for Human Trafficking

The podcast shifts to the case of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, described as a “Maryland man” and illegal immigrant.
He is indicted for human trafficking and alleged to be a member of MS-13, involved in smuggling thousands of undocumented immigrants over nine years.
The hosts mock Democratic politicians who previously advocated for his return to the U.S., framing it as a political embarrassment.

📍 4. Biden’s Use of the Autopen

The final segment focuses on President Joe Biden’s use of an autopen to sign legislation and issue pardons.
Trump and Cruz question the legality and legitimacy of using an autopen for such actions, especially if Biden was unaware of what was being signed.
They suggest that if Biden didn’t personally authorize these actions, they could be legally invalid.
The discussion includes a legal analysis of the Constitution’s requirements for presidential signatures and references to DOJ opinions and Supreme Court practices.
