John feels very strongly that it all started going downhill when they allowed metal clubs instead of woods. We get into a deeper conversation about why he thinks everyone would play much better if they knew how to hit with persimmon woods. Strategy is also a very important topic when we discuss how to play better and lower your scores. Once you learn how to hit straight and become a better ball striker, then strategy, or course management, becomes critically important.
