I know social media seems important... it seems like everyone is there. So you should be too, right? The time you spend creating organic content... putting reels together... exploring new platforms... it's honestly exhausting. You're secretly sick of feeling the urge to click the apps all day long and pushing down the guilt when you can't pay attention to your family because your phone is in your hand.

I know! I was there. After doing my own personal social experiment and deleting IG for 30 days, then 6 months, then a few years - I've never felt more free. And... my business and podcast are booming.
