How to Double Your Revenue in 90 Days: Insights from Simon Severino of Strategy Sprints

In a world where speed and strategy matter more than ever, Simon Severino, CEO and founder of Strategy Sprints, offers a proven method for doubling revenue in just 90 days. As a business consultant with over 17 years of experience, Simon has perfected a framework that helps service-based B2B companies grow while freeing up their time to focus on what truly matters. Simon joined us on The Thoughtful Entrepreneur to share how his sprint-based coaching model transforms businesses, bringing clarity, focus, and results.

Rethinking Consulting for the Digital Age

Traditional consulting models are slow and inefficient, often requiring days of workshops and long waits for advice. Simon recognized this inefficiency and reimagined how coaching could work in today's fast-paced, digital-first world. With Strategy Sprints, Simon's clients get access to 24/7 support. Instead of waiting for weeks, CEOs receive quick, actionable feedback when they need it most—whether it’s choosing the right path or avoiding costly missteps. As Simon explains:

"Entrepreneurs need to take 15, 20 decisions per day. I want to be there in that exact moment."

The Sprint Process: From Overworked to Overachieving

The Strategy Sprints approach focuses on three phases over 90 days:

Free Up Time: Simon helps CEOs reclaim 10–15 hours per week by identifying tasks that are delegatable, systemizable, or deletable.
Focus on What Works: Through profit margin analysis, Simon uncovers high-performing services (often overlooked) and eliminates distractions.
Iterate for Results: Every 7 days, the team measures progress, tests strategies, and adjusts for continuous improvement.

Creating a Category of One

Simon emphasizes differentiation to eliminate price competition. Businesses must carve out a unique space where they become incomparable—a "category of one." To achieve this, Simon works with clients to:

Understand their ideal client (going beyond basic demographics).
Align their services to address specific client pain points.
Double down on what works best, leading to scalable, sustainable growth.

Guaranteed Results with Strategy Sprints

Skeptical about achieving dramatic results in 90 days? Simon and his team back their work with a 100% money-back guarantee. By aligning their success with their clients', Strategy Sprints creates partnerships built on trust, accountability, and tangible results. Simon explains:

"We risk more than our clients. If they don’t succeed, we pay everything back. We’re in this together."
