做梦可能是大多数人都有过的体验，而且梦也总是被赋予了很多意义的，但似乎我们很难用科学的方式来解释梦。从这个出发点，我们想看看有哪些关于梦的靠谱研究，越找、越看，越觉得有意思，所以有了这一期关于梦的播客。

这期我们大概主要会聊到关于梦的，大家会关心的几个核心问题，比如：人为什么会做梦？人体中的哪些结构与做梦有关系？以及我们聊到梦了，自然也会聊到睡眠，所以我们也会聊到，在什么睡眠阶段我们会做梦？做梦和睡眠质量没有关系？我们也会聊聊说梦话和梦游等等……
