Greg Ho is the President & Head of Social Impact at Spring Mountain Capital ($1.6B AUM). Greg formerly spent 16 years at McKinsey, where he helped expand the firm into 30+ new countries and oversaw the launch of its $20B investment arm as CFO. In 2001, Greg founded SMC alongside Launny Steffens, and later its social impact arm, the West Harlem Innovation Network.
