【适用场合】

今天节目中，我们学习两个表达。

第一个catch up with sb. 可以表达“叙旧；跟亲人、朋友们彼此同步近况”这样的含义；

此时catch up可以理解成：to learn or discuss the latest news

后面可以加上with sb.，也可以加上on sth.；
