Tariff and policy uncertainty is the main culprit behind the lack of conviction in movement, as Kathy points to the 10-year yield staying stuck between a 4.2 and 4.3 range. On the Fed, she expects a slowdown of hiring as a catalyst for more interest rate cuts.
