She shared insight into relationships, from why we avoid difficult conversations to how past experiences shape our reactions. She explained why we’re often drawn to familiar dynamics, even when they’ve previously been unhealthy, and how to break the cycle. We also explored friendship, the importance of allowing these relationships to evolve and sometimes let go too.
