She served as an Artillery Gunner & CST in Afghanistan in 2009 with the Canadian, American and British military. Deployed to Afghanistan at the age of 19, Kelsi returned home and was diagnosed with PTSD and TBI, marking the beginning of an intense internal struggle. In overcoming these challenges, Kelsi is now a strong advocate for mental health, leveraging her platform to offer support and resources to those in need. Her approach to wellness, influenced by her military and plant based healing experiences, provides a fresh perspective on many of life's most important issues.
