They are the largest provider of residential maintenance in central Florida but are transitioning the company to more commercial maintenance and traditional landscaping as well.

He discusses the challenges faced with acquiring an absentee business and talent recruitment tactics that he uses when needing to fill a position. You’ll learn about his opinions on industry experience and why that isn’t always the primary indicator of potential.
