My guest this week is Dr. Scott Sherr of Integrative Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

(HBOT).

In this episode, Dr. Scott and I discuss Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, the many applications for it, and what to use in conjunction with HBOT for the best success. HBOT can be used for acute and chronic conditions however it should be done with someone who is very experienced in the field because it can have negative effects if the individual isn’t yet ready for that type of therapy.

HBOT is a treatment that utilizes two things: air/oxygen and pressure. These two factors can be particularly powerful in helping one’s body heal and regenerate.
