Nealy Fischer is a globe-trotting mother, yogi, teacher, author of Food You Want: For the Life You Crave, & founder of The Flexible Chef.

Nealy may be known as “The Flexible Chef” but in this conversation with Amy Jo, she shares how to be “The Flexible Entrepreneur”. Nealy shares how to make being an entrepreneur fit around your life rather than your life fitting around being an entrepreneur. She discusses how to balance work and raising a family while living & working on multiple continents. She talks about the importance of carving out time for yourself every day, even if it’s just for a few moments, to keep your day from overtaking you. You’ll also get to hear tips for fine-tuning your time in the kitchen while under quarantine so you’re not constantly cooking and cleaning. Nealy also shares what she considers to be the backbone of flexibility.
