For the past 14 years, Jaime Casap has been the Chief Education Evangelist for Google. He recently left that position, and like many of us, Jaime is now on the path to figuring out what he’s going to do next.

Jaime and Amy Jo discuss the Why Not Now? moment that led him to Google; a moment that took him from New York to Arizona with only $40 in his pocket. Jaime’s main focus is on education, and he shares the question he believes we should be asking rather than “what do you want to be when you grow up?” He also discusses how changing your view of learning from a process to a mindset can greatly help you along the path of finding what you want to do in life.

You’ll also get to hear Jaime’s ingenious inbox trick he uses when going on vacation to keep from coming back to thousands of emails. He gives tips on how to design your own day and how to rethink the idea of “work/life balance” so you can just simply live life.
