Michael and Siobhán Sindoni are the owners of Wayside Tavern, located in Portland, Maine. Michael and Siobhán met while working in a restaurant in D.C. They eventually got married and worked together in the restaurant scene in Dallas before moving to Portland, Maine. They continued to work in restaurants while settling in Portland before opening Wayside Tavern in 2021.
