In this episode of the Spirit Guides podcast, hosts Kelle Sparta and Katherine Loranger dive into the topic of procrastination and the misconceptions surrounding it.

Key Points:

1. Procrastination is often not about laziness, but rather a self-protective mechanism that arises when we're faced with unfamiliar actions or tasks that threaten our comfort zone.

2. The importance of recognizing and addressing the underlying resistance patterns that contribute to procrastination, rather than simply trying to "power through" it.

3. The role of energy levels and intuition in determining when to wait versus when to take action, and the need for discernment to differentiate between procrastination and a genuine need to pause.

Kelle and Katherine also explore the impact of frequency and energy on manifestation, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a positive state when taking action. They encourage listeners to use their inner guidance to determine which strategies resonate with them, rather than trying to implement everything. The episode highlights the dynamic nature of comfort zones and the ongoing process of breaking through resistance patterns to achieve growth and fulfillment.
