Heidi Huggins - Heidi Huggins is a successful Realtor working with one of the top real estate firms in the nation. She also is working toward partnering with investors for commercial and multi-family units. After personally flipping many single-family homes and working on the residential side of the market she has learned the ins and outs of what it takes to turn a lifeless house into a beautiful place a family can enjoy and call home. Heidi also just ventured out and recently took 5 of her residential flips and turned them into a fantastic STR property. Wanting to always go to the next level, she is going into purchasing apartment buildings and other commercial properties from emerging market areas.
