Tia Bailey - Tia is a 29-year-old serial entrepreneur who got into the short-term rental industry because of an internship she had in Brazil. She stayed with an Airbnb family for 3 months and got to experience Brazil like a true local. She realized that this would be an amazing opportunity that her family could take advantage of and when she got home in 2017, she convinced her parents to turn their upper apartment in their home into an Airbnb. Due to the immediate financial success that it had, her parents were able to start paying off their credit card debt and be able to finally start saving.
