此时，send sb. (one's) apologies，“向某个人表达自己的歉意”；

当然有的时候也有用apology，单数名词的时候。

eg: She complained to the company about its awful service and they sent her a written apology.

她向那家公司投诉了他们糟糕的服务，那家公司给她寄来了一份书面的道歉信。

eg: He has sent his apologies - he's abroad at present.

他表达了他的歉意，他现在人在国外呢。

今天我们学习第二个表达是：

rush out，

可以理解成：to exit, escape, or depart (from something or some place) very quickly or all at once

“（从某个地方）冲出、逃离、快速离开”；

eg: People came rushing out of the burning building.

人们从燃烧的大楼里冲了出来。

eg: I opened the lid of the saucepan and plume of steam rushed out.

eg: Everyone rushed out of the room at the same time.
