In this special episode we are diving into my favorite meditation and practice, Creating Sacred Space.

Everyday as an intuitive, channel, futurist, and dimensional shaman…and also as a mentor and coach… I practice creating intentional, protective, sacred space to help support my intuition, nervous system, clearing other people’s thoughts, emotions, or energy… or just to help hold strong boundaries for what I allow and don’t allow in my personal space.

In this meditation and practice, I take you through a quick and easy setup for creating your own sacred space.

Great times to use Sacred Space:

• First thing in the morning or before you go to bed, to help regulate your nervous system and support clear focus

• Before meditation with the intention of intuitive development or connecting with your spirit guides, angels, or teams

• To develop stronger awareness of self and personal space

• When feeling overwhelmed by the world or other people around you

• Anytime you need a grown up break for peace, calm, and reset!
