Nathan Lyon is a renowned off-spin bowler and cricket sensation from Young, New South Wales, who has made it to international cricket arenas. His story is one of grit, determination, and undeniable talent.

Lyon started playing rugby for the Young Cherrypickers RLFC in his early years before moving to Canberra and later to Adelaide. He had a transformative experience as a groundskeeper at the Adelaide Oval.

You can hear firsthand accounts of Lyon's nervous pre-game rituals, the camaraderie within the team that teases him about it, and the unforgettable moment he had to bow out of the Second Ashes Test in England due to a calf strain, describing it as sounding 'like a gunshot.'

Apart from cricket, Lyon is also involved in the innovative Web3 platform GOATD, which he embarked on with his wife Emma and father-in-law. The project aims to redefine the connection between fans and elite athletes.
