终于在2023的最后时间节点，

发出了我的第20集。

更多的制作还在路上。

2023，是充满变化的，是充满动荡，充满自我成长的一年。

不过呢，我也感恩满满，收获满满。

这么说不是因为我没有失去，没有恐惧，没有失败，没有挫折。

而是我选择看到收获，看到拥有，选择爱，选择感恩，

这一集可以算做一个小小的总结，把一些对做节目的感悟，对生活的感悟发出来。
