Cabral Have you heard of ANESA,a non-invasive screening analyser that determines 131 health parameters & allows estimating the state of organs & body systems, identifying signs of pathologies & health threats. It uses 5 microprocessors (2 on the neck, 2 in the underarms & 1 in the bellybutton. It calculates hemodynamic, biochemical & immunological parameters.The naturopaths I go to use it & they work with different oils with the process of thermoregulation in the body & how it tells us a lot of what's going on inside.Their 2 research studies have been awarded last year at the 7th international congress on Naturopathic medicine in Paris,their names are Irma & Igor Ogorevc from Slovenia, if you are familiar with them?They use rapeseed oil in some of the oil mixes, what do you think?

Lara: Hi, again :) I wanted to add their oil ingredients are grown at their own facilities in Serbia & they have control over the origins of the seeds and they put their oils under analysis.. just wanted to ask what you think about the use of the rapeseed oil.. Secondly, I am trying to recommend The Rain-barrel effect to people but it hasn't been translated to Slovenian yet! Any idea on how to help make that happen? Unfortunately a lot of people here do not speak English that well to read books in it, but I feel like it is a must-read for everyone who is interested in being healthy.. please help and thank you for all you do, you truly are an amazing soul!

Anthony: Hi Doc, second time writing in. Last time you helped answer some questions I had regarding the ecdysteroids - Turkesterone and Laxogenin. Really appreciate the deep dive you gave with the follow on episode too! I'm a big proponent of creatine and would like to know what you think of Guanidinoacetic acid (GAA) is it safe and beneficial or too early to tell? Always grateful for your advice. Anthony

Anonymous: Hi Dr. Cabral - Love episode 2945 - on Metals. I did the big 5 came back with candida and heavy metals. Ran the 21 day FM, HMD & now in CBO as prep for pregnancy. 2 questions - How soon after the CBO would it be safe to start trying (detox while pregnant no advised) & how soon could we retest heavy metals to be sure levels are appropriate post detox - what is the expected drop-off in levels (I was high in aluminum & mercury).

Anonymous: Hi Dr. Cabral, been working on the root cause of my insomnia (10 years + after a TBI) after Big 5 . About 3/4 through 21 day FM detox --> HM Detox --> CBO and have been running the ultimate sleep protocol during + destress protocol. My resources are tapped at this point, so I can't retest stress/mood/met, so I would like your opinion at what point should I expect my high cortisol to be down enough so I can come off the sleep protocol and sleep well? How long can someone run adrenal soothe for safely?
