Why should we wait until something goes wrong with our mental health to seek assistance? Wouldn’t it be better to learn and develop the relevant skills psychologists use with their clients and apply it to our own lives when we face hardship and adversity?

Join Big Bros, Jeremy and Ilan, as they are joined by Ben Scholl and David Berlinski, the co-founders of Toolbox Education. Toolbox Education facilitates preventative mental health workshops for school-aged students from years 5-12 across Victoria and New South Wales. Expect to learn some of the biggest challenges young people face, why using skills inherent in psychological therapies do not necessarily need to be accessed through a psychologist and how becoming a Toolbox facilitator can increase one’s leadership and communication skills.
