This is the most special podcast episode for me. It's not often I get to visit my mum as I live so far away.

This week I went home to visit my family and my mum tells all the wild stories. So I asked her if I could put the microphone on the table and share some of these stories with you.

This episode also includes my younger brother, Mark Long.

This episode is not for young children or if you are sensitive to harder stories that may not be all the positive.

My mum wanted to make sure I announced that if you are struggling with your mental health right now, or ever have suicidal thoughts, you are not alone. There are so many people that can help you and you just need to reach out to someone close and share how you feel. If you have a friend or someone close to you suffering, you should reach out to them and make sure they are ok.

Not all stories paint me in the best picture, and I like to share it all... the good, bad and ugly. We are all humans and we make mistakes.

I hope you enjoy this different perspective of my upbringing and my family. I think you will find many of these stories very interesting.
