This past year has been a thrilling journey, especially with the launch of our free portfolio review service, a highlight I'm particularly proud of. The overwhelming response and usage of this service exceeded all expectations, bringing immense satisfaction and, yes, quite a few dopamine hits! Our dedicated team meticulously analysed each submitted investment, applying our refined processes to identify key areas for improvement and common pitfalls. However, it wasn't all rosy.

We encountered numerous clients frustrated with their fund managers or wealth advisors, particularly names like St. James's Place, who were disappointed with the zero returns over the past two years. A recurring issue was investors holding onto stocks that had lost their luster or managing portfolios at extreme ends – either overloaded with 100 stocks or riskily concentrated in just one or two.

These insights not only highlighted the challenges investors face but also underscored the value of our review in guiding them towards more balanced and potentially profitable strategies. As I look back on this year, I'm filled with gratitude for the opportunity to aid so many in their investment journey, and I'm eager to share more insights gleaned from this experience.
