“Why is it that we think that we can't have everything we have and be happy at the same time?” Today, Leila (@LeilaHormozi) talks about her initial sacrifice-all approach to growing a business which led to stress and unhappiness. She shares how creating a work-life balance can actually enhance productivity while preserving mental well-being and implores us to reflect on our own goal-setting and consider adopting a similar perspective to achieve balanced success.

Welcome to Build where we talk about the lessons I have learned in scaling big businesses, gaining millions in sales, and helping our portfolio companies do the same. Buckle up, because we’re creating an unshakeable business.
