A fundamental shift in the perception of quality is occurring as artificial intelligence capabilities advance, leading to an "inversion of expectations" regarding human versus machine output. Historically, low-quality design or writing was dismissed as the result of poor AI implementation; however, the paradigm is shifting toward a reality where exceptional work is reflexively attributed to AI rather than individual talent or professional expertise. This transition suggests that high-end aesthetics, compelling copy, and sophisticated product design will no longer serve as indicators of human skill or the financial resources to hire experts. Conversely, mediocre or "sucking" content will increasingly be viewed as the primary hallmark of human-made work. This evolution creates a disturbing dystopian outlook where human effort is associated with failure and machine intervention becomes the baseline for excellence.
