What we're mixing:

Tomatini

2 Datterini/cherry tomatoes

60ml Ketel One Vodka

2 teaspoons of white balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoons of sugar syrup

Pinch of salt & Pepper

Method:

Muddle tomatoes in a cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients, shake with ice and then double strain into a chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry tomato and a crack of black pepper.
