This podcast episode explores the challenges faced by migrant workers in accessing government safety net programs. Despite the existence of comprehensive systems, a multitude of roadblocks, including lack of awareness, complex requirements, and ineffective delivery, prevent migrant workers, many of whom are poor and lack safety nets, from accessing these benefits. The Migrant Resilience Collaborative is working to address these issues by providing support and establishing a feedback loop between migrant communities and the government.
