Most of us go through life tuned into the station we were told to listen to—the one filled with survival, proving, and noise. But all along, another signal has been broadcasting, waiting for us to notice.

I call it the Omen Frequency.

It’s the hidden channel of life that speaks through synchronicities—those so-called coincidences, repeating numbers, chance encounters, or inner nudges. But here’s the key: synchronicities are just the signs. Omens are what happens when you interpret those signs as meaningful, when you realize they’re guiding you.

For me, that realization came in the Amazon jungle with plant medicine, when I suddenly saw that what looked like chaos was actually choreography. Life was always speaking—I had just been tuned to the wrong channel.

The work now is integration. Learning to stay tuned to that frequency in daily life, with tools like meditation, breathwork, and the Interface Response System.

So here’s my invitation: this week, notice the synchronicities. Ask yourself, what if this isn’t random? What omen might it be pointing me toward?
