Money. Tough subject. Different circumstances for everyone… critical for everyone. We choose careers and life paths based on it, experience sleepless nights and elevated blood pressure due to it, allow relationships to be influenced – and sometimes ended by it. Sermons are preached about it, countries divided by it and songs written about it, including one of my personal favorites by Chris Jansen, reminding us “money may not buy happiness… but it can buy me a boat!” 😊

And yet – outside of the school of hard knocks, most of us are taught almost nothing about it. One notable exception to that has been Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University, which started in 1994 and has since helped provide financial education to millions of people worldwide – especially in the area of reducing debt. Today we are incredibly fortunate to feature a discussion we had with someone who’s been there with Ramsey since the beginning and her insights might just help change the course of your financial life going forward.
