Welcome to the Catalyst 360 podcast. Today’s guest is Kim Norvell, who’s been battling Cystic Fibrosis for over 55 years, ever since her diagnosis at the age of 6 months. Those diagnosed with CF in the 60s weren’t expected to make it into 1st grade. Kim’s far exceeded the expectations not simply in number of years – but the impact of those years as well. Oh – and by the way, she’s been married to a top-tier college football coach, Colorado State University’s Jay Norvell, for 26 years. Football coaches at that level generally work 15 hour days and aren’t known for their health & wellness. Jay is the exception – and we’ll be tapping into some of his secrets on that front on the back half of our discussion.
