A recent coaching call with clients has inspired this episode. The woman in the couple is extremely committed to her personal growth through an extensive morning routine including meditation, journaling, and self-care every day. While not opposed digging into growth, her husband is a very ambitious entrepreneur who, after a hard day at work, desires to hang out with his wife in a lighter manner by focusing on the laughter, and fun moments the majority of the time.

This creates an ongoing tension between the two of them because they believed having a growth-oriented relationship, and feeling satisfied and content, were mutually incompatible.
