Subpoenas were issued to 34 individuals and 163 businesses, including financial institutions and tech companies like Apple and AT&T.
Targets included prominent conservative organizations such as Turning Point USA, Republican Attorney General’s Association, and even media outlets like Fox News, Newsmax, and CBS.
Sitting members of Congress, including Senator Ted Cruz, were allegedly surveilled, with subpoenas seeking phone records and communications.

🧑‍⚖️ Judicial Allegations

Senator Cruz accused Judge James E. Boasberg of signing secretive orders that prevented companies like AT&T from notifying senators about the subpoenas.
Cruz called for Boasberg’s impeachment, claiming the judge abused his power and violated constitutional protections like the Speech and Debate Clause.

📢 Political Reaction

Senator Ron Johnson joined Grassley in condemning the investigation, calling it a “Biden administration enemies list”.
Both senators emphasized the need for whistleblowers to expose further corruption and restore integrity to federal agencies.
