And being mentally strong doesn’t just mean pushing through low points; it means being able to solve problems when they come up in an ultramarathon (which is always inevitable).

That has been a big key to success for both Harry Subertas (Cocodona 250 champion in 2024) and Lauren Klein (ultrarunner, crew chief, and Harry’s fiancé) as they’ve navigated through the challenges of ultrarunning and life with a powerful attitude.
