This episode of Cocaine Air, titled "Let me show you how a man dies," continues the story of TJ Dominguez's foray into drug smuggling. In 1986, TJ decides to acquire an airplane to transport marijuana from Colombia, finding a cheap Beechcraft in Tampa. Despite its poor condition, he buys it, but faces issues with airworthiness and certification. He befriends Billy, who helps him repair the plane and introduces him to Jack, a flight instructor. TJ gets another airplane, an Air Commander, to learn how to fly. He then helps Tico retrieve his seized airplane in the Bahamas in exchange for a connection in Columbia to get marijuana. After bribing the airport director, TJ fixes Tico's plane and meets a Colombian partner, leading to a deal to transport marijuana. TJ hires Jack to fly with him to Columbia, initiating a large-scale smuggling operation, but faces dangers, including boat accidents and deaths. Despite the risks, TJ expands his operations and invests in legitimate businesses, including a Lamborghini dealership, driven by his passion for cars. The episode ends with TJ facing a life-threatening situation when he is kidnapped.
