In this episode of The Mindset Mentor podcast, Rob Dial discusses how to manifest desires by making the desired life feel normal to the nervous system. He argues that the nervous system is drawn to what is familiar rather than what is exciting, and that constantly "wanting" something puts you in a state of lack. To manifest effectively, one must normalize their desired future by experiencing aspects of it in the present, such as test driving a desired car or spending time in a desired neighborhood. By creating exposure and normalizing the desired life, it feels less out of reach and more inevitable, allowing one to take aligned action towards it.
